In this section, you can organize customers into groups, allowing for centralized management of customers within the same group. Within the customer groups function, you can define which customers are part of each group and then connect other objects like price conditions and assortments directly to all customers within the group. Additionally, there is an option to create customer-specific welcome pages, URLs, and graphical profiles using an add-on. Netset recommends using customer groups only for directly related customers, such as subsidiaries and sister companies. For handling customers across different market segments (education, government, etc.), Nettailer offers an add-on module called customer segments. |
Customer group
