The Product Packages This section allows you to create complex products made up of multiple smaller products . For example, you to offer to customers. (e.g.) You can create an entire PC system - complete with accessories & software. Product packages are shown to the customer as a complete package or can be broken down into individual parts. You can tailor an assortment of product packages that are shown to the customer as a complete single product, but explode into all the constituent parts in admin section.product package and one price or broken down into individual parts. |
A bundle can be a general product for all of you customers or connected to a single customer and/or customer group. A bundle will be visible under All products → Your products → Bundles.
Create/Edit Product Package
Feature | What it does |

Active | Setting the product package as active means it will be visible in the store. |

Created date | Set the date stamp that will show on the product package. |
Part number | Enter the SKU you want to give the package. |
Price Selling price | Enter the fixed selling price you wish to sell the product for (excluding VAT). |
Total cost price | After connecting all the products & saving the package by clicking 'Apply', this will show the total cost of the goods in the package. |
Split the package in the basket | Enabling this will explode break down the package in the customers customer's basket, so they can see all the component parts. |
Tax | Select the tax that the product package is applicable for. |
Quantity in stock | Enter the amount of stock you want the store to show. |
Check stock for included products | Enabling this will calculate how many packages can be created from the stock levels of the contained products & show that figure as the available stock. |
Sorting | Lower numbers will appear higher in the product list. |
Description | Enter the description that will show in the store. |
Spec | Enter the specification that will show in the store. |
Distributor | This must be set to Nettailer. |
Manufacturer | Select the manufacturer you want the product to be labelled as. |
Category | Select the category & sub-category that the product will appear in. |
Image | Upload an image for the product. |

I den här avdelningen kan du skapa sammansatta produktpaket, exempelvis ett komplett datorpaket inklusive kablar och programvara, eller kanske en DVD-brännare med en förpackning DVD-skivor på köpet etc.
Produktpaketen behandlas som en produkt med ett eget artikelnummer i butiken. På orderformuläret delas produktpaketet upp med egna orderrader för varje ingående artikelnummer.
Ett produktpaket kan vara generellt för alla kunder eller avsedda för enskilda kunder eller kundgrupper. Produktpaketen kommer i de fall de är avsedda för vissa kunder att finnas tillgängliga under rubriken menyrubriken "Mina produktpaket". Där visas även de produktpaket som kunden själv skapat i butiken.
För att ytterligare förtydliga produktpaketen kan dessa precis som övriga produkter visuellt profileras i butiken. Profileringen av produktpaketen kan riktas mot enskilda kunder, kundgrupper eller vara generella. Se mer under rubriken "Profileringar/Profileringar".
Så här skapar du ett nytt produktpaket:
- Klicka på "Skapa".
- Fyll i produktuppgifterna i formuläret. Namn och artikelnummer är obligatoriskt.
OBS! Använd ett artikelnummer som är unikt. Du skall exempelvis inte döpa det efter någon av de ingående produkterna i paketet. - Om du vill ge produkten ett annat försäljningspris (exkl. moms) än det automatiskt sammanräknade, baserat på inköpspriser, anger du det i fältet "Pris". Det nya utpriset påverkas inte av några prislogiker. I praktiken är det administrativt sett mest praktiskt att först skapa ett produktpaket och sedan koppla önskade produkter för att generera ett sammanräknat inköpspris och först när detta är gjort ange ett nytt utpris.
- Välj om paketet ska visas som att det finns på lager eller inte. Om så önskas kan man fylla i beskrivning och specifikation.
- Vid val av leverantör skall man välja en annan leverantör än dina ordinarie distributörer. Detta för att undvika konflikter så att paketet av misstag raderas vid import av distributörernas sortiment.
- Välj tillverkare och kategori där du önskar att paketet ska visas i kategoristrukturen.
- Du kan ladda upp en bild genom att klicka på Browse... och sedan välja en bild.
- Spara formuläret genom att klicka på "Spara" eller "Spara & stäng".
Så här kopplar du produkter, kunder och kundgrupper till produktpaketet:
När du skapat ett nytt paket och klickat på "Spara", så visas två flikar under formuläret. "Kopplade produkter" och "Kopplade kunder och kundgrupper". Om det är ett befintligt produktpaket som du kopierat har även produktinnehållet följt med. Du kan då enkelt ta bort eller lägga till produkter. Du kopierar ett produktpaket genom att klicka på "Skapa kopia".
- Klicka på "Koppla produkt", sök upp den produkt som du koppla och klicka på den.
Ange antal av den aktuella produkten som ska ingå i produktpaketet. - Ange eventuell sorteringsordning för produkten i produktpaketet.
- Klicka på "Spara & stäng".
Produkten är nu kopplad och du har möjlighet att söka upp fler produkter att koppla. När du kopplat de produkter som du önskar, så klicka på "Ny" i sökvägen högst upp i fönstret, så kommer du tillbaka till paketformuläret.
Genom att klicka på fliken Kopplade kunder och kundgrupper får du möjlighet att koppla kunder eller kundgrupper till produktpaketet. Klicka på "Koppla kund eller kundgrupp", sök upp den kund eller kundgrupp du vill koppla och klicka på den. Du kan bara söka upp och koppla befintliga kunder och kundgrupper i registret. Du kan alltså inte lägga till nya kunder i den här vyn.
Om inga kunder eller kundgrupper kopplas till produktpaketet så är produktpaketet tillgängligt för alla kunder.
Connecting products
When you click 'Connect Products' you'll be taken to a page that lists every single product in your store. The first thing to do is use the Search field to find the exact product you want to add into the package.
When you've found the product you want - "click on it to add".
Connected product
Feature | What it does |

Clickable | If the product is flagged as click-able, the customer will be able to click the item description & see the product card. |
Buyable | If the product is flagged as buy-able, the customer will be able to click through to the product card & add it individually to the basket. |
Show price | This will show the standard sale price of the product in the product package description. |
Part number | The individual product's part number. |
Name | The individual product's name. |
Connected customers and customer groups
If you want the product package to be visible for only a select number of customers, you can connect it to customers or customer groups here.
